  • Gregory Young

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Greg has spent his career at the forefront of communications strategy, influence analysis, and counter-disinformation strategy. He was most recently SVP of Commercial Strategy & Delivery for Blackbird.AI, helping organizations navigate the complex intersection of information, influence, and risk. 

    Earlier, Greg spent nearly eight years as an executive with Weber Shandwick. As EVP for Integrated Media Strategy (North America), he co-led media innovation and transformation, planned and oversaw multimedia strategies, worked closely with the global Crisis and Issues team, and helped develop the agency’s strategy, training, and resourcing for generative AI. In earlier EVP and SVP roles, he oversaw paid media globally and led the transformation of the firm’s analytics capabilities by integrating advanced methodologies including natural language processing into client programs.

    As an independent advisor, Greg has been sought out for his unique understanding of both deep advanced AI-powered platforms and proven frameworks in communications, marketing, and threat intelligence.

    Greg received his BA from the University of Lynchburg.

  • Nat Myers

    PRESIDENT

    Nat is an expert in contested information spaces and communications strategy, and an experienced leader of agile, mission-driven organizations. As a senior advisor with the U.S. Agency for International Development, he worked extensively across eastern Europe, focusing on the intersection of information flows and democratic resilience. He also led and advised rapid-reaction operations in dynamic environments across the Middle East, West Africa, and Asia.

    He served previously in the U.S. Department of State as a speechwriter and advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.  He also worked for the World Bank in Ethiopia and Indonesia.

    Nat was an International Affairs Fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations, and has held fellowships with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the German Marshall Fund. His op-eds and essays have appeared in the Washington Post, the International New York Times, Foreign Policy, and other publications.

    He has an MPA from Princeton University and a BA from Harvard University.

  • Brett SanPietro

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    For over 15 years, Brett has leveraged his military and civilian intelligence background to work with and advise C-suite leaders across government, non-profit, and corporate sectors.  As an independent advisor, he has focused on marrying AI advances in data analytics with human intelligence tradecraft to improve strategic & crisis communications efforts.

    Brett was previously at Weber Shandwick as Vice President for Global Crisis and Communications before becoming a Principal for their Narrative Intelligence team. Earlier, he served for nearly a decade as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, including overseas postings in East Africa and South-Central Asia, and domestic postings focused on counterintelligence and counter terrorism.

    Brett has held commissions as both a Human Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army and an Information Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

    He received his BA in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds an MBA from George Washington University.
